VODKA


Georgia Peach
  • 1 1/2 oz Vodka
  • 1/2 oz Peach Nu South Lemonade
  • 1 dash Grenadine
  • Lemonade
  • Ice
Pour first 3 ingredients into a glass full of ice cubes. Fill with lemonade.

Glass Tower
  • 1 oz Vodka
  • 1 oz Peach Nu South Lemonade
  • 1 oz Light Rum
  • 1 oz Triple Sec
  • 1/2 oz Sambuca
  • Lemon-Lime Soda
  • Ice
Pour ingredients into a glass filled with ice. Fill with lemon-lime soda and top with an orange slice and a cherry.

Goblin Collins
  • 1 1/2 oz Vodka
  • 1 oz Creme de Noyaux
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Pineapple Juice
  • Club Soda
  • 1 oz Nu South Lemonade
  • Ice
Shake with ice and strain into a glass 1/2 filled with ice cubes. Fill with club soda. Top with a slice of lemon and a pineapple slice.

  • 1 1/2 oz. Vodka
  • 2 oz. Tomato Juice
  • 1 oz Nu South Lemonade
  • 2 dashes Salt
  • 1 Dash lemon juice
  • 2 dashes Black Pepper
  • 2 dashes Cayenne Pepper
  • 3 dashes Worcestershire Sauce
Add the salt, worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice to a shaker glass. Then add ice, vodka, and tomato juice. Shake, pour into a highball glass.

Salty Doggy
  • pinch of Salt
  • pinch of Sugar
  • Lime Wedge
  • 2 oz. Vodka
  • Nu South Mango Lemonade
  • Ice
Mix salt and sugar and spread onto a sheet of aluminum foil or wax paper. Wipe the rim of an old fashioned glass with lime wedge and roll glass in salt/sugar mixture until rim is evenly coated. Fill chilled glass with several ice cubes, vodka, and Mango Lemonade. Stir.

Blue Lagoon Boon
  • 1 oz Vodka
  • 1 oz Blue Curacao
  • Nu South Lemonade
  • Ice
Pour first 2 ingredients into a glass 1/2 filled with ice. Fill with lemonade and top with a cherry.

Bullfrog Nutz
  • 1 1/2 oz Vodka
  • 5 oz Nu South Lemonade
  • Ice
Pour into a glass 1/2 full of ice. Top with a wedge of lime.

Citrus Bay Lemonade
  • 1 1/2 oz Citrus Vodka
  • 4 oz Sour Mix
  • 1 oz Nu South Blueberry Lemonade
  • 1 splash Cranberry Juice
  • 1 splash Lemon-Lime Soda
  • Ice
Shake vodka, sour mix, and blueberry and pour into a glass 3/4 filled with ice. Add lemon-lime soda. Top with a lemon wheel.

Shave it up Bikini
  • 2 oz Vodka
  • 1 oz Light Rum
  • 1 oz Nu South Blueberry Lemonade
  • 1/2 oz Milk
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • Juice of 1/2 Lemon
  • Ice
Shake with ice and strain into a glass. Top with a twist of lemon.

Tropical Tea
  • 1/2 oz Vodka
  • 1/2 oz Rum
  • 1/2 oz Gin
  • 1/2 oz Triple Sec
  • 1 oz Sour Mix
  • 2 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 1 oz Nu South Strawberry lemonade
  • 1/2 oz Grenadine
  • Ice
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass and pour into a glass filled with ice. Top with fresh seasonal fruits.

Fuzzy Navel Ring
  • 1 oz. Vodka
  • 1/2 oz. Peach Schnapps
  • 6 oz. Nu South Peach Lemonade
  • Orange Slice
  • Ice
Mix all ingredients except orange slice with cracked ice in a shaker and pour into a chilled collins glass. Garnish with orange slice.

TEQUILA


Stoplight Cooler
  • 1 oz Gold Tequila
  • 3/4 oz Melon Liqueur
  • 1 splash Sour Mix
  • 2 oz Nu South Mango lemonade
  • 1/2 oz Sloe Gin
  • Ice
Fill a glass with ice cubes. First pour the melon liqueur and tequila to create a green layer. Add sour mix. Slowly pour Mango Lemonade against side of glass to create yellow layer. Carefully float sloe gin on top for the red layer. Stir before drinking to blend the flavors

Strawberry Lemon Margarita
  • 1 oz Tequila
  • 1/2 oz Triple Sec
  • 1 oz Strawberry Schnapps
  • 1 oz Nu South Lemonade
  • 1 oz Fresh or Frozen Strawberries
  • Ice
Rub the rim of cocktail glass with a rind of lime and dip in salt. Shake ingredients with ice and strain into a glass.

Wild Things
  • 1 1/2 oz Tequila
  • 1/2 oz Lime Juice
  • 1 oz Nu South Strawberry Lemonade
  • 2 oz Club Soda
  • Ice
Pour into a glass 2/3 full of ice. Top with a lime wheel.

Catalina Margarita Cha Cha
  • 1 1/2 oz Tequila
  • 2 oz Peach Schnapps
  • 1 oz Blue Curacao
  • 4 oz Sour Mix
  • 1 oz Nu South Blueberry Lemonade
  • Ice
Shake with ice and strain into a chilled margarita glass.

RUM


Blue Women Hawaiian
  • 1 oz Light Rum
  • 1 oz Blue Curacao
  • 2 oz Nu South Mango Lemonade
  • 1 oz Cream of Coconut
  • 1 cup Crushed Ice
Combine all ingredients in blender at high speed. Pour into a glass and top with a slice of pineapple and a cherry.

GIN


Blue Moon of North Carolina
  • 1 1/2 oz Gin
  • 3/4 oz Blue Curacao
  • 2 oz of Nu South Blueberry Lemonade
  • Ice
Stir with ice and strain into a glass. Add a twist of lemon peel.

FROZEN DRINKS


Strawberry Monkey
  • 5 oz Frozen Sliced Strawberries in Syrup
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 1 oz of Nu South Strawberry Lemonade
  • 1 oz White Cream de Cacao
  • 1 oz Brandy
Blend until smooth. Top with whipped cream and shaved chocolate swirls. Serve with a straw and a spoon.

Jammin
  • 1/2 oz Peach Schnapps
  • 1/2 oz Apple Schnapps
  • 1/2 oz Strawberry Liqueur
  • 1/4 oz Banana Liqueur
  • 2 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1 oz Nu South Lemonade
  • 2 tbsp Powdered Sugar
  • 1 cup Ice
Blend until smooth. Top with a mint sprig and a maraschino cherry. A big swirled straw is a really nice touch and makes for swirled fun!

Devil's
  • 1 1/2 oz Light Rum
  • 1 oz Vodka
  • 1 oz Nu South Strawberry Lemonade
  • 1 tbsp Lime Juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp Grenadine
  • 1 1/2 tsp Apricot-flavored Brandy
  • 1/2 cup Ice
Blend until smooth. Add a twist of lime peel.
Southern Tidal Wave
  • 1 1/4 oz Melon Liqueur
  • 1 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 1 oz Nu South Mango Lemonade
  • 1/2 oz Coconut Syrup
  • 1 1/2 oz Sour Mix
  • 1/2 oz Light Rum
  • 1 cup Ice
Blend until smooth. Put a lime slice on the edge of the glass and plop a cherry in the drink.

Southern Tidal Wave
  • 1 1/4 oz Melon Liqueur
  • 1 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 1 oz Nu South Mango Lemonade
  • 1/2 oz Coconut Syrup
  • 1 1/2 oz Sour Mix
  • 1/2 oz Light Rum
  • 1 cup Ice
Blend until smooth. Put a lime slice on the edge of the glass and plop a cherry in the drink.

B-17 Bomber
  • 1/2 oz Vodka
  • 1/2 oz Rum
  • 1/2 oz Tequila
  • 1/2 oz Gin
  • 1/2 oz Triple Sec
  • 2 oz Nu South Lemonade
  • 1 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 1 oz Cranberry Juice
  • 1 oz Sour Mix
  • 1 cup Ice
  • 1/4 oz 151-proof Rum
Blend all ingredients except 151-Proof Rum. Pour into a glass and float 151-Proof Rum on top.

Gulf Shore Breeze
  • 1 oz Blue Curacao
  • 3 oz Champagne
  • 1/2 oz Light Rum
  • 1/2 oz Brandy
  • 6 oz Nu South Lemonade
  • 1 oz Lime Juice
  • 1 cup Ice
Blend until smooth. Pour into sugar-rimmed glass. Top with a strawberry.

Mob Connection
  • 2 oz Spiced Rum
  • 1 oz Orange Curacao
  • 2 oz Nu South Peach Lemonade
  • 2 scoops Rainbow Sherbet
  • 4 slices Fresh, Peeled Peach
  • 3 Strawberries
  • 1 cup Ice
Blend until smooth.
Frozen Fuzzy
  • 1 oz Peach Schnapps
  • 1/2 oz Triple Sec
  • 1/2 oz Lime Juice
  • 1/2 oz Grenadine
  • 2 oz Nu South Lemonade
  • 1/2 cup ice.
Blend ingredients on low for 5 seconds. Then blend on high until firm.

WHISKEY


Double Take
  • 3/4 oz Blended Whiskey
  • 3/4 oz Gin
  • 2 oz Nu South Lemonade
  • 1/2 tsp Powdered Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Grenadine
  • Ice
Shake with ice and strain into a glass. Top with a slice of lemon and a cherry.

YUM YUM DUM
  • 2 oz Blended Whiskey
  • 2 oz Nu South Lemonade
  • 1 1/2 tsp Powdered Sugar
  • Ginger Ale
  • Ice
Stir with ice in a glass and fill with ginger ale.
STAR Line
  • 1 oz Blended Whiskey
  • 1 oz Gin
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Powdered Sugar
  • 2oz Nu South Lemonade
  • Ice
Shake with ice and strain into a glass 1/2 full of ice cubes. Top with a sprig of mint.

Della Frisco Sour
  • 2 oz Blended Whiskey
  • 2 oz Nu South Lemonade
  • 1/2 oz Benedictine
  • Juice of 1/4 Lemon
  • Juice of 1/2 Lime
  • Ice
Shake with ice and strain into a glass. Top with a slice of lemon and a lime wedge.

Hit the Floor
  • 10 oz NuSouth Blueberry
  • Vodka 2 shots
  • Shake up and serve with ice
